This 60 minute class will work all of your major muscle groups and add cardio intervals to spark your metabolism. This class can be done by all levels of fitness - our trainers will assist you in making the exercises challenging, but safe for all participants.
This 30-minute class will focus exclusively on your core muscles - the abdominals, the glutes, and the back extensors – as well as honing in on the torso and the muscles that connect the upper to the lower body. This class WILL target and tighten your tummy, your butt, and those nagging love handles, but more importantly it will improve functional strength, and assist in injury prevention.
