IGNITE students are expected to maintain the highest standards of performance in all dimensions of their life at all times. This includes adherence to their youth, scholastic or other team training sessions, maintaining top scholastic performance, and demonstrating positive value as a member in their community.
We create champions. Champions are defined by their top performance both on and off the field, by their superior athletic performance and integrity. To this end, IGNITE does not accept students who do not commit to these standards. Likewise, IGNITE will release students who do not maintain these standards throughout their training.
Our programs promote the joy and fun of competitive athletics. IGNITE's training has been developed for serious athletes who are committed to developing their skills and performance further than their peers, to become the top performers, the starters and leaders in their sports.
Outperforming in athletics is not about a harder workout, it's a mindset that starts at the very core of the athlete. IGNITE programs were designed specifically to nurture the mindset and performance of a champion.
Acceptance into IGNITE programs is dependent on the athlete's desire and aptitude to become a better athlete and to develop the habits, skills and thinking of a champion.
