Hello from Atlanta!
I realize that I haven't written a blog in quite some time, but I am going to get back into it because Atlanta is getting quite exciting.
I spent the last 6 months training 25+ NFL players preparing them for the 2011 NFL season. In one recent Falcons game I counted 9 starters on the field who had chosen to train with me! 2 of them were Pro Bowlers.
There is some big news coming soon. You'll notice some changes to the website, and I'll be sure to send an alert when they happen. For now, you'll just have to wait.
To all of my friends up at the IGNITE location in Pennsylvania, keep working hard. Matt tells me all about the great work you are doing up there. I am really excited to see you soon. I read this quote the other day and thought of all of you up there:
