Firestarters 

The IGNITE Firestarter program focuses on athletes serious about their sport. Firestarters are intent on becoming starters in their position, and team leaders in their division. It’s designed to nurture athletes preparing for collegiate or amateur athletics.

Firestarters receive focused, personalized training targeting their sport and position. Athletes receive an initial assessment allowing IGNITE to evaluate then develop a program for the athlete. Monthly testing, monitoring and benchmarking  track develop•ment progress, and results are used to reassess and modify the program ensuring constant, optimum training.

Additionally, Firestarters have access to all Lightning sessions (concentrated speed and agility classes), special, and advanced classes that include specific training and educational curriculum.

Firestarters also receive personalized lifting mentoring that is monitored and documented including a personalized base nutrition plan tailored to the athlete’s specific needs.

Firestarters have access to specialized, custom training equipment used by professional athletes like Troy Polamalu. The custom training also introduces balance disk training that develops proprioceptive-ankle stability along with pre-habilitation and injury preventative workouts.
